In-Person Therapy Sessions Now Available

I’m pleased to share that, starting in January 2026, I’ll be offering in-person therapy sessions on Fridays at Shanti Wellness Studio in Windsor.

Shanti, located at 1540 McDougall St., is a calm, welcoming space that I’ve personally come to appreciate through my own yoga practice. It’s a place that supports thoughtful, grounded work and a slower pace. If you’ve been wanting to meet in person, or simply prefer the feel of a shared physical space, I would be glad to meet with you there.

Virtual sessions will continue as usual for those who prefer online appointments.

When booking in Jane, just select In-Person Therapy under the Services menu.

If you have any questions about the space or switching formats, feel free to reach out!

In-Person Therapy at Shanti Wellness Studio

Held at Shanti Wellness Studio in Windsor (1540 MacDougall St., Unit 4). A quiet, supportive setting for in-person work. More details provided after booking.

Adam Vasey is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with over 17 years of experience in social work and more than 5 years providing psychotherapy in private practice. He offers a warm, relational, and thoughtful approach for people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns.

Adam works collaboratively and at a pace that feels safe. His style is grounded, compassionate, and curious, with an emphasis on helping people feel more connected to themselves and less overwhelmed. Instead of trying to “fix” or get rid of symptoms, he helps clients slow down and get curious about what their experiences might be trying to show them, and in developing new ways of relating to thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and parts of themselves.

His work integrates mindfulness-based practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, and somatic awareness. Adam is especially interested in how the ways we learned to protect ourselves can still shape our lives today, and how we can meet those patterns with more understanding and care.

Adam holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Windsor and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW #816188).
